Activities are conducted individually depending on the age and ability of the baby, which revolves around their care needs. Developmental milestones are considered imperative when planning activities to aid the enhancement of their abilities. Staff will observe and record these milestones monthly
Staff will interact with the babies through songs / rhymes / picture books / photo albums to aid the development of Social, Physical, Emotional, Language and Cognitive skills.
1 large tub natural yogurt, 2 tubs porridge, 2 teaspoons bread soda, half teaspoon salt and 1 egg. put mixture into bread tine and bake at 180 for 50 minutes and enjoy!

Rita’s Chicken Curry.
Ingredients;
5 chicken fillets
3 diced carrots,
1 chopped onion
½ red, yellow, green chopped pepper
1 tin coconut milk
cornflour
Mcdonnells curry sauce
Method:
dice chicken fillets
boil with coconut milk for 1 hour and 10 minutes
Add carrots, peppers and onions
cook for a further 20 minutes
mix 2 teaspoons cornflour and 3 teaspoons McDonnells curry powder
with 3 table spoons water
Add to chicken, cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes
serve with rice and enjoy!
